SoFit programming is built with purposeful intensity. Each day has a specific focus, and over the course of a week, you’ll experience a well-rounded, balanced fitness plan. Every workout incorporates functional movements — exercises that translate directly to real-life activities and help you stay strong, capable, and independent.
