SoFit programming is built with purposeful intensity. Each day has a specific focus, and over the course of a week, you’ll experience a well-rounded, balanced fitness plan. Every workout incorporates functional movements — exercises that translate directly to real-life activities and help you stay strong, capable, and independent.

what to expect

All SoFit classes are coach-led, 60 minutes long, and follow a thoughtfully planned progression. Each session includes:

  • A guided warm-up
  • Movement technique review and practice
  • A practice round to build confidence
  • A quick water/bathroom break
  • The workout

Your coach is there every step of the way, supervising and adjusting movements to ensure you’re training safely and effectively.

Pre-requisite

Fundamental sessions are introductory training sessions designed to familiarize individuals with the fundamental principles, movements, and techniques of functional fitness, a high-intensity fitness program. These sessions are typically offered to beginners who have little to no experience with functional fitness training or have limited fitness background.
