Minimal equipment is a well rounded program that includes bodybuilding for strength and toning, core workouts, and killer HIIT/conditioning piece each day!

Each day’s workout is designed to be completed in 40 minutes or less, allowing you to make the most of your time).

Sample Workouts

Warm Up:

  • 5 No Contact Burpees
  • 10 Arm Swings Across Chest
  • 5 Scapular Push Ups
  • 10 Lateral Line Hops

Strength/Skill Work (Weight):

  • 4 Rounds for Quality
  • 8 Wide Stance Globet Squat (3 sec descent, 1 sec pause, explode up)
  • 40 sec Wall Sit Hold with DB on hips + 30 Sec Wall Sit Hold with No weight

* Rest as needed between sets

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds & Reps):

  • 15 Min AMRAP
  • 10 Alternating DB Renegade Row (5 per am)
  • 15 Single Leg Alternating V-ups
  • 20 DB Snatch (Switch arm every 5 reps)
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings
